　　本已经被特工奥斯汀（麦克•迈尔斯饰）抓住的“邪恶博士”（麦克•迈尔斯饰）成功越狱。这一次，邪恶博士计划了更大的阴谋，他乘坐时间机器回到1975年，妄图绑架奥斯汀的父亲，进而毁灭奥斯汀家族的一切。得知这一计划的奥斯汀不得不抛弃1999年高度发达的资本社会，回到1975年与邪恶博士决斗，而他竟遇到了当时年轻的自己，一个不出名的小人物。回到过去的奥斯汀不仅要打倒邪恶博士，救出自己的父亲，还要正视自己的内心。当然，无厘头的他是不会忘了自己的搞笑功夫。
